Grew up in long island, new york
with her mother (Vivian) and father (Andrew), father was a civil engineer (now retired) mother died in a car jacking after leaving a shopping centre, no witnesses came forward.
attended the local junior school (Katherine Smallman memorial) and middle school (Hampton midschool) then graduated to Long Island High where she boarded for a year before the death of her mother.
Judy had not seen her mother for months and the last time they had spoken they fought after the shock of her sudden loss she became reclusive and threw herself into her school work, doing very well at high school she was accepted into Harvard in Boston where she studied forensic medicine and graduated with honors and was granted an internship with the FBI under President Carters; Presidential Management Intern Program.
She has since worked on some minor criminal investigations out of the Phoenix, Arizona field office the most notable of wich was operation FARSEEK which led to the fatal shooting of Master Sergeant Emanuel Santana, Special Forces, reported AWOL in 1971 while seconded to a CIA operation.
after FARSEEK Judy was invited to take up a minor teaching role at the FBI academy in Quantico, Virginia.
