Halav is the patron of the thinking-fighter; his
clerics are expected to be tough fighters, master
strategists, inspired leaders and excellent judges of
character. Halav is a cold enemy of all humanoid races. Symbol: A sword laid upon an anvil Special: Clerics of Halav gain a -1 to difficulties
involving fighting humanoids.
Petra, Godess of Defenders
Petra is a very practical, no-nonsense goddess. She has a
short temper for those who feel sorry for themselves, or who
don't have the courage to accomplish their goals. She is a
patron of fighting-clerics and defenders; she is often appealed
to by those who live in beseiged cities. Symbol: There is some discussion amongst various sects
as to what Petra's symbol is - the more placid suggest it is an
overhead view of a potters wheel, whereas the more violent
claim it is is a circular shield with a large boss in the centre. Special: Clerics of Petra have an additional dice to use
in any stamina roll.
Zirchev, The Huntsman, Herne
Zirchev is a patron to the lone huntsman, to the wild one within
civilisation. He is also the patron of various forest races such
as dryads, and centaurs. His clerics are often druid-like wild
children on the forest. Symbol: A hawk on the shoulders of a wolf. Special: Clerics of Zirchev often have access to a
wide range of spells.
Chardastes, The healer
Chardastes has only a small following in Karameikos, and
he is a patron of healing and medicine. Symbol: A bell Special: Chardastes' clerics are granted many healing
abilities.
Kalyndal, The Horseman
Kalyndal, too, has only a small following in the south of
Karameikos, but his worship is spreading to Kerendas quickly.
He is the patron god of horses and horseman ship, and his clerics
are known to be friendly with centaurs and chevalles both.
Zirchev was Kalyndal's sponsor to immortality Symbol: A rearing stallion Special: Clerics of Kalyndal have an empathic link
with any horse.
