Dominique Lalor

Born in the lower reaches of nowheresville (more commonly recognised as Gippsland to those who care about such matters), Dominique was raised as a country girl by her embittered were mother. Constantly regaled with tales of how when Charlotte married Stephen Lalor, the couple had money, had status, were well liked and respected. Since those merry days, Stephen had run off who to who knows where, the money drunk and gambled away after a series of bad business deals soured the good times.

With the constant reminder of what has been, yet with none of it in the present, Dominique soon came to resent her mother, not only for the whining but also for her apathy. Nothing was being done to rectify this sorry situation, the family viewed with vague distaste by others of the SilverFang tribe.

Determined to regain what was lost, in honor, power and respect, Dom left the provincial backwater to move to the Big Smoke (TM), where she felt her chances of achieving her desires were increased, not only through taking up further education (history, sociology, religion), but also through escaping the derisive eye of her mother and scorn of many of the SilverFangs.

Drawn in to the Sept, she bided her time, studying those around her in both the human and Garou circles. University studies in religion were initially taken up as a namby pamby subject to help her fill out a set of first year subjects, but soon led to a natural affinity with the spirits; something more, something deeper. Lacking instruction, her skills in the theurge realm are untested and unhoned.

Then came Mathias. Clearly interested in furthering himself and with the monetary ability and skills to do so, she attached herself to him gladly. Older, wealthier, and hungry for power, a perfect way to ride to the top with little work, especially since she recognises that she currently has not the means of obtaining what she wants on her own. Yet.

Dom has absolutely no interest in sharing her power with anyone, once she has it and Mathias will become a liability in time. But for now, she'll go along with his schemes, partners in every way. (It'd be a shame to let such a cute bod go to waste, after all...)

The others? Useful tools, each with their own skillset. Are they likely to be a threat? Of course - isn't everyone? She'll find a means of ensuring she is leader in the end. By any way necessary.

*** Pondering giving her an 'indecisive' flaw which means she'll never really have the means for obtaining leadership status - someone will always overrule her.

Hmm... comes across kind of desperately ruthless with a modicum of cunningness.
